How much does it cost?

Do you offer an SLA?

All paid plans have a 100% uptime SLA. Reliability is our top priority and we understand how important it is to you and your business or website. We have a 10x repayment SLA, meaning for every 0.01% we are down (about 5 minutes per month), we will refund 10% of your monthly cost. To receive reimbursements, please contact us within 30 days of the service downtime that impacted you.

What happens if I hit my plan limit?

We will notify you when you are at 80% your plan limit or if we see a large increase in traffic. Only free plans without a credit card on file will return errors when a limit is hit.

Can I put a limit on usage billed?

Yes, we can do that for you. Please contact us if you would like custom limits on your plan.
